This classical simple standing-desk can be combined due to its functional but noble design both with modern and traditional furniture.
A standing desk offers an ideal alternative to working in sitting and preserves your back (when sitting the pressure to the intervertebral disks is nearly twice as high as when standing upright)! Use it e.g. as a desk for reading/writing or for telephone or computer. Also suitable as lectern!
The desk's sash and the writing-flap are connected by the stable mortise and tenon joint.
